Jokes or statements (text/image) regarding Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Gender, or Disability. Includes all slang/shortened versions of these offensive terms.

Publicly threatening self-harm or suicide. Inciting other individuals to do so as well. [SUICIDE HOTLINE: 1-800-273-8255]

Sending any content displaying or discussing child abuse of any kind [THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT]

Sending or threatening to send any link to a virus, IP Collector, or other malicious material.

Use of any mod menu, injector, cheat, or other tool not provided by the server that can affect gameplay for others.

Abuse of any glitch/bug in FiveM, GTA, or the Server's Resources for personal gain or to negatively impact the gameplay for others.

Threats or acts of violence outside of the scope of roleplay.

Threats or attempts of DDoS, hacking, or blackmail against the community or its members.

Falsifying evidence to get someone in trouble or to get out of trouble.

No disrespecting other members beyond the scope of roleplay.

No spamming, harassing, or otherwise being toxic towards anyone in the community.

No disrespecting other communities or attempting to start drama between them.

No impersonating another member, a member of staff, or a famous person.

No sending any form of pornography, gore, or abusive material on any of our platforms.

No advertising any other Discord Server or Game Server on any of our platforms.

Using a red name in-game is permitted only for staff.

No using any unrealistic/disruptive voice changer in RTO or in-game [staff discretion].

No using any form of crosshair or tracer rounds to gain an advantage in-game.

All commands must be executed in the dedicated bot commands channel.

No inappropriate/offensive gifs, text, emotes, and images in any of the Discord chats.

Do not advertise other Discord servers. This includes advertising via DMs.

Do not spam in Discord. This includes repeating text or repeatedly tagging people.

Do not DM members of staff unless you have tried asking in general and making a support ticket.

No leaking DMs with staff to anyone or any chats without explicit permission, unless it’s part of a staff complaint.

Use common sense.

Certain terminology may be allowed only in non-harassing contexts. Staff discretion applies. Do not abuse this.

If reporting a member for a violation, you must make a ticket within a reasonable time.

Donators are appreciated, but you do not have any exemptions from the rules.

Donators may share personals, but may not sell access to others. Donators cannot grant partial ownership of a personal item.

If an announcement requests donators to submit info for personals, failure to do so may result in removal until approved.

Donator perks may be revoked by management if you violate the rules or abuse perks.

Create a ticket for purchase assistance; do not DM high staff (management/owners).

Certain scenarios require correct civilian rank/certification (Taxi, Animal RP, DUI, Security, Hitman, Serial Killer). Follow certification rules.

Management+ must authorize terrorism or military RP scenarios.

Absolutely no violent crime or kidnapping of EMS/FIRE/SADOT units.

Gang RP not allowed unless you join a certified gang.

Any form of sexual RP is prohibited.

Kidnapping an officer is restricted; requires appropriate rank and/or management approval.

Due to GTA TOS changes, youngster ped pack users may no longer carry weapons while using those peds.

No violent crimes may be committed while using a child ped.

You may not impersonate being a member of LEO, DOD or SAFR.

Priority cooldown is divided into County and City (City includes Vinewood Hills and below; County is north).

If priorities are on HOLD or a cooldown is in effect, do not create violent crimes or flee from police in that area.

During peacetime, only passive (non-violent) RP is permitted.

Police stations, hospitals and fire stations are SAFE ZONES. No violence is permitted.

Fleeing to a safe zone to benefit yourself is not permitted (FailRP).

Forcing someone into an RP scenario after they notify you OOC they do not wish to participate is prohibited.

Using RP to negatively affect others’ experience is prohibited.

This rule does not prevent LEOs from responding; you can’t refuse RP to avoid consequences.

If someone has you at gunpoint/knifepoint you must comply.

Do not put yourself in excessive danger without a thought-out reason.

Value of life extends to police interactions; avoid unrealistic behavior and accept defeat when appropriate.

Gang territories should have fear attached; follow commands appropriately.

Warrants in gang territories require adequate backup and assets unless chase leads in.

Stay in character throughout your time on the server (use text chat for OOC questions).

Limit high-priority calls; don’t start them constantly.

Do not interfere with another scene.

Repetitive or disruptive roleplay can result in being told to stop the scenario.

Bypassing effects of restraints/taser etc. is FailRP.

No using outside sources of information without an in-game method (earpiece/phone).

No using in-game features like overhead IDs to gain an advantage.

No cop baiting (committing crimes in front of LEOs constantly / following to disrupt).

No combat rolling repeatedly; one per scenario.

Diversify your roleplay; don’t constantly rob/shoot.

No VDM: do not randomly hit players/vehicles unless in danger with no other escape.

No RDM: do not randomly shoot/kill players without RP reason.

Do not revive during a scene unless medical treatment has been rendered (no less than 5 minutes).

Do not respawn during a scene unless no one comes to you for more than 5 minutes.

Civilians may not return to a death scene for 10 minutes; LEO may not return for 5 minutes.

Do not use knowledge from past life. Applies when switching roles too.

Do not steal vehicles from a scene you are not involved with.

Do not steal emergency vehicles without RP leading up to it (and no lights/sirens if stolen).

Civilian armored vehicles or bulletproof tires are prohibited (exceptions apply).

Do not use/save any personal vehicle without the owner’s permission.

No constant speeding/reckless driving/GTA stunts.

No driving on runways/airfields (Fort Zancudo exempt for LEO trainings only).

You may not drive above 150 MPH on roads (highways exempt if allowed by server rules).

Civilians may not use a taser at any time.

Sniper rifles are not permitted except for approved LEO/donator status (muskets exempt).

You cannot claim a weapon is something else (nerf/BB/replica) to dodge consequences.

Civilians may not claim to have planted a bomb on an aircraft.

Civilians may not quick-detonate a bomb (e.g., throw then detonate mid-air).

Civilians may not threaten to blow up a government facility.

Civilians may not use explosives to cause major terror.

Civilians may not use explosives without purchasing the privilege (if applicable).

Civilians may not claim to have more than 2 explosives on their person.

No dead-man’s switch RP or any explosive that triggers on death.

Must abide by all server rules; no exemptions.

LEO cannot roleplay as a corrupt officer.

Whitelisted LEO past probation may not RP as a Community Officer.

Follow department SOP at all times, including chain of command.

Whitelisted LEO members and staff may not dual clan.

High command may only be high command of one department at a time.

No abusing in-game permissions.

No using a position of power to negatively affect another player's experience.

To disregard [10-22] an active scene, staff member or highest LEO must approve.

Must follow all RTO expectations when in the channel.

Do not disregard a scene just because it doesn't go your way.

Do not ping everyone/here in department channels. Use appropriate role pings.

No felony traffic stops or warrant arrests during peacetime or in a safe zone.
